PROVIDENCE – The 2024 Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island Annual Meeting, held on November 21st at Agawam Hunt Country Club, marked a significant milestone in the foundation’s journey. Together, we celebrated achieving $159 million in assets under management, a testament to our community’s generosity, faith, and dedication. This significant milestone reflects the profound impact of our mission and our collective commitment to supporting Catholic education, churches, priests, seminarians, and vital human services throughout the state of Rhode Island.

Impact in Action

This year, we were incredibly honored to welcome back our former Bishop, now Archbishop of Boston, Richard Henning. His heartfelt opening remarks underscored the enduring importance of the foundation’s work. His presence, alongside Diocesan leadership, esteemed board members, and long-standing fund holders, reminded us of the rich history and dedicated stewardship that has shaped our foundation.

This year’s gathering saw the largest attendance, with numerous new faces joining- reflecting the expanding reach of our mission and the growing community committed to advancing the ministries we serve. Together, we explored how our resources and partnerships create tangible change, with this year’s meeting theme emphasizing impact.

 Focus on the Future

As we look ahead, we are grateful for the generosity of our supporters and the dedication of everyone who shares our vision, and we are eager to see what the next year holds in store.

Thank you for journeying with us as we continuously aim to strengthen our ministries and transform lives.
